Your first 15 minutes

1. Establish the baseline

Complete setup at https://tools.archisoup.com/start, then record the information you already know. Estimates are acceptable where the number is clearly marked for review.

2. Add something real

Add at least one live opportunity to Pipeline and one action that genuinely needs attention. The workspace becomes useful when it reflects the current practice.

3. Choose the starting stage

• Still deciding whether to leave? Start with Plan.
• Already independent? Start with the stage containing the clearest current pressure.

4. Set the weekly rhythm

Choose a regular time to review Pipeline, Practice Numbers and the three most important actions for the following week.

Setting up Year One

Initial setup is handled at https://tools.archisoup.com/start. It walks you through copying your workspace, opening the seven Year One tools and connecting Cash Flow if you want to use the live projection.

Once you are set up, return here and add something real to the workspace: one live opportunity, its next action and a regular weekly review time.
